We may collect limited information to provide and improve the App, including:
- Device information (model, OS version) for app performance
- Location data (only if you grant permission, to show nearby recommendations)
- App usage data (which features you use, to improve the experience)
- In-app purchase status (whether you've unlocked premium features) — see Section 4We do NOT collect:
- Your name, email, or contact info (unless you choose to email us)
- Your payment card details
- Personal photos or content
- Identifying information used to track you across other apps2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use collected information solely to:
- Operate and improve the App
- Show you location-relevant content
- Unlock and restore any premium features you purchase
- Diagnose technical issues3. INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.4. IN-APP PURCHASES
If you purchase premium features, your payment is processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment card details. We use a purchase-management service (RevenueCat) to confirm your purchase and remember which features you've unlocked across your devices. This is associated with a randomly generated app user ID and your purchase history, and is not linked to your name or contact information.5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may link to or use third-party services (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Uber, OpenTable, RevenueCat, etc.). These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.7. YOUR RIGHTS
You can:
- Disable location permissions in your device settings at any time
- Delete the App to remove all locally-stored data

- Accuracy of business hours, prices, or availability
- Quality of third-party businesses featured
- Currency conversion rates (reference rates only — actual rates from your bank, ATM, or exchange may vary by 2–10%)
- Tipping recommendations (general guidelines; tipping is at your discretion)3. THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES
Businesses featured in the App ("Partner" or otherwise) operate independently. Now Collective LLC is not responsible for their services, products, or actions.4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
